Fortnite Chapter 4 is here, and in its inaugural season, a new roster of weapons has arrived for you to mine and, with a little luck, roll to victory. While some of the items in this season's loot pool return from past seasons and chapters, each new chapter of Fortnite also introduces all-new, never-before-seen items and guns.
Chapter 4 continues this tradition.
Here's a breakdown of all the new Fortnite guns and items in Chapter 4 Season 1, as well as a look at what else has been unlocked or unlocked.
Fortnite chapter 4 weapons
Fortnite is adding a lot of new weapons to the game with the launch of Chapter 4. Here you'll find images and details for all of them, but first, let's walk you through their names. New weapons debuting in Fortnite include:

- Maven auto gun
- Red-eye assault rifle
- Twin Mag SMG

The Ex-Caliber Rifle fires an explosive blade a bit like the Boom Sniper but is definitely more accurate. The two guns should appeal to different play styles. The Thunder version works like a pump and fires two rounds at a time, while the Maven Auto variant is a faster shooter for players who like their shots with an intimidating rate of fire.
The red-eye assault rifle includes a red dot sight to make target acquisitions easier—let's be honest, headshots, and the Twin Mag SMG comes with an impressive rate of fire and huge clip size. I think speed is the name of the game this season, even the tactical pistol is automatic and quick to discharge, so aim right.
Time will tell which of these new weapons becomes a player favorite, but at least visually they're all pretty cool, with two of them appearing to come from The Seven's personal arsenal. I guess some wars are going on even today, right?
